Muslim, Christian and Jewish Area Students Build Butterfly Garden And Relationships

 

May 3, 2017 – Cincinnati – Area students come together to participate in an interfaith garden project. Students from Mother of Mercy High School, Mayerson Jewish Community Center youth group, Trinity Lutheran youth group of Mt. Healthy and Islamic Center of Greater Cincinnati youth group will work together to build a butterfly garden at the Imago Nature Center.

This will be the fifth time these groups have come together with the common goal to beautify the earth, build bridges and develop deeper understanding towards one another.  This will take place this Sunday, May 7 at 3:00 p.m. at the Imago Center, 700 Enright Avenue, Cincinnati, OH, 45205.

This project was supported through the Brueggeman Center Youth Interfaith Collaboration Grant and the interfaith work from the supporting organizations.
